A couple more freezer meals...

This past week, Jenna and I made three chicken pot pies (one for that evening's dinner and the other two to go in the freezer). Pot pies are probably my most time consuming thing that I make. Having Jenna make the crusts from start to finish was such a HUGE help. My freezer is stocked pretty well with meals, but I have a feeling that I will be dipping into them pretty soon! :) I think that I will be making a couple more Poppyseed Chicken Casseroles for the freezer and then I will be DONE for a while.
