Tallahassee Museum

Before we went to the Tallahassee Musuem, we stopped by CiCi's Pizza.

Last Saturday we took the girls to the Tallahassee Museum because there was free admission! I know...we are so cheap! :) The Tallahassee Museum is really just a zoo filled with the natural habitat of Florida. It was a fun day, however, I am glad it was free because it wasn't that great. It was a little too "natural" for me as in there didn't seem to be much upkeep.

In this picture, Daddy and the girls were looking at the bald eagles. I have to say, I was a little sad to see them just sitting/walking on the ground. The netting over there heads was probably 20 feet below the tops of the trees. When I think of bald eagles, I using think of them soaring above the trees.

Toddler Water Park

Today our friend Hae Min from church brought me and the girls to a mini-water park for toddlers. The girls had a great time!

Wakulla Springs

The largest spring in the world (I think) is about 30 minutes from our house. It is where a couple of the original Tarzan movies, The Creature from the Black Lagoon, and several other movies were filmed. The water is FREEZING, but very refreshing and crystal clear. We enjoyed a fun boat tour down the Wakulla River. There was a bunch of Florida wildlife to see.
