Key Truth #4: Work hard and do all to the glory of GOD (not myself). By nature, I am a people pleaser. I desire for people to think well of me. This major flaw (sin) of mine is something I constantly battle. With every task I undertake I must constantly seek to please and glorify God, not for my own self glory or even satisfaction. My prayer is that God would “eclipse me” and let others glorify God when they see my good works. Back when God was teaching me a lot in this area of “working heartily as unto the Lord,” I wrote this article.
